Hugme empowers you to transform your personal photos into three unique styles: Day, Dusk, and Night. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your images, ensuring you can use the platform safely and creatively.
Users must be 17 years or older. If you are under this age, you are not permitted to use Hugme.
All uploaded photos are processed solely for AI transformations.
· No Facial or Biometric Tracking: Hugme does not perform facial recognition, biometric scans, or attempt to identify individuals.
· No Analysis of Personal Attributes: We do not analyze age, gender, emotions, or other personal traits.
· Temporary Processing: Images are processed locally or on secure servers, only long enough to generate results.
· User Control: You may delete uploaded and AI-generated images at any time. Once deleted, Hugme has no further access or copies.
Your privacy and creative control are central. AI transformations occur strictly within these boundaries.
We gather two main categories of information: what you provide voluntarily and what we collect automatically to operate the app efficiently.
· Account Details: Email and full name for account registration and verification
· Optional Profile Data: Username or profile picture, if provided
· Uploaded Images: Photos submitted for AI processing
Without extra action from you, Hugme collects:
· Device Data: Model, operating system, unique identifiers (IMEI/UUID)
· Network Information: IP address, connection type, approximate location for security and analytics
· Usage Metrics: Features used, session duration, frequency
· Accurate or approximate location only if you enable it for specific features.
· Session cookies and local storage are used to maintain preferences and app functionality.
· Analytics tools help us understand usage patterns and improve the platform.
Hugme uses collected information strictly to operate and improve the platform:
